Easy and fast to Erlenmattstrasse 77

You have a booking for our HITrental Messe Apartments and don’t know exactly how to get there? No problem, just read on here, we will be happy to give you directions. Just follow our recommendations and you can feel at home with us 🙂 .

Arrival by public transport

From EuroAirport Basel, Zurich Airport and Lucerne to Basel SBB railway station

Option 1 from EuroAirport: From EuroAirport Basel there is a bus (Nr. 50) every 8 minutes to Basel SBB station. The journey takes 24 minutes. From Basel SBB, you have to take Bus Nr. 30 direction “Badischer Bahnhof” and and then get off at the “Erlenmatt” stop.

Option 2 from EuroAirport: From EuroAirport Basel you don’t have to travel via Basel SBB station to get to the apartment. You also take bus 50, direction of Basel, Bahnhof SBB, but get off at the Basel, “Kannenfeldplatz” stop. From there, take bus nr. 36 in the direction of Basel, “Schifflände”, then get off at the stop “Basel Kinderspital”. From there take Bus Nr. 30 direction “Badischer Bahnhof” and then get off at the “Erlenmatt” stop.

From Zurich Airport, you can travel directly to Basel SBB station or change trains at Zurich Main Station. The direct trains always run xx.56 and take 1 h 28 min to Basel SBB station. The trains with changing at Zurich main station run xx.18 and xx.43 respectively. It takes 1 h 10 min in total

There is an hourly train from Lucerne to Basel SBB station at xx.54 every hour. The journey takes 1 h 1 min.

From Basel, SBB railway station to Erlenmattstrasse 77

Basel, SBB railway station – Basel, Erlenmatt

From Basel, Bahnhof SBB take bus no. 30 in the direction of Basel, Badischer Bahnhof and get off at the stop Erlenmatt. You will then find yourself directly in front of the Bâleo Erlenmatt building, where the apartment is located.

General information for travelers by car:

Unfortunately, we don’t offer parking. There is a public parking garage for the mall in the underground area of the apartment building (entrance on Signalstrasse 21), but please note that that these are the opening hours:

Monday to Friday: 05.30 – 23.30 Uhr
Saturday and Sonday: 06.30 – 21.30 Uhr

You can leave the car in the garage during the closing hours and also drive out (access to the garage through the night access and your parking ticket), but not drive in.

There are other public car parks (24/7) in the vicinity, the next and cheapest one is the Parkhaus ‘Badischer Bahnhof’, located on Schwarzwaldstrasse 160, 4058 Basel

It costs CHF 25.- for 24h.

Surroundings of the HITrental Messe Apartments

Erlenmattstrasse 77 is part of the Erlenmatt district in Basel. Erlenmatt West is a new urban district that meets all modern requirements for living, working, leisure and sustainable action. The district received certification as a 2000-watt site in 2017. The Erlenmatt district is a dynamically developing living space. A large park is located in the center of the district and the Lange Erlen recreation area can also be reached in a short time.
The apartment is located in Bâleo Erlenmatt, a building that combines a variety of uses, offers and lifestyles. The building includes a Coop supermarket, a nursery, attractive restaurants and a fitness center. The building is also completely barrier-free and of course there are lifts.
The Erlenmatt district is in an excellent location and is optimally connected to public transport. The train station Badischer Bahnhof is only 500m away and the EuroAirport can be reached in 10 minutes. Directly in front of the building is the bus stop Basel, Erlenmatt. From there, various buses will take you comfortably and quickly to Basel SBB railway station, from where you can quickly reach all the sights, the old town and the banks of the Rhine.
