From Lucerne train station to Eisengasse 1:
From the train station Lucerne it’s best to walk to the apartment. Our apartments are located in a pedestrian area and are not directly accessible by car.
By foot from the Lucerne train station follow the blue dots (without stairs) or alternatively the blue line (with stairs) :

General note for travelers by car:
The HITrental Eisengasse Apartments are located in a pedestrian area. They are not accessible by car. The apartment building is located in the pedestrian zone of the old town, unfortunately cars do not have access. You would have to park in a public car park.
We recommend the following parkings:
“Parkhaus Kesselturm” at Burgerstrasse 20 in Lucerne. It costs ca. CHF 30.00 for 24 h.
“Parkhaus Kantonalbank” at Hirschmattstrasse 5 in Luzern ca. CHF 40.00 for 24 h.

The HITrental Eisengasse Apartments are located in the beautiful old town of Lucerne. A few steps from our apartments is the river Reuss. On the popular Rathausquai you can stroll comfortably and enjoy the Swiss and international cuisine in various restaurants and cafes. At the weekend you can also enjoy a hearty breakfast or a delicious brunch.
All attractions such as the Chapel Bridge or the Lion Monument are reachable by foot within a very short time. Only a few meters from the apartments is one of the main shopping streets, the Hertensteinstrasse. Here you get everything you need for your stay in Lucerne and much more 😉 .
Every Tuesday and Saturday you can also buy fresh Swiss goods at the markets on the Rathausquai and the Helvetiaplatz.
The famous Schwanenplatz with its many jewelry and watch shops (for example Bucherer) is only 5 minutes away from the apartments. From here buses also run in all directions.
