Lucerne, the place to stay!

Lucerne is located in the centre of Switzerland and therefore is ideal to stay at. Whether you are planning on going to the mountains or to other cities, Lucerne is always just a footstep away.

For example, if you would like to go to Mount Titlis, as most of the people travelling to Switzerland do, you just take the train from the main station in Lucerne and in less than one hour you reach Engelberg, from where you can take the cable car up to the peak.

Or if you want to visit the capital of Switzerland, then you just take the train from the main station and within one hour you arrive in the beautiful city of Bern. Easy isn’t it?

You heard that Switzerland is very diverse and you want to see it. No problem! In Ticino, which is located in the southern part of Switzerland you’ll see palm trees and you can even feel the southern lifestyle. So from Lucerne, you take the train and in less than two hours you reach Lugano or Locarno, the two main cities of the canton of Ticino. The famous Verzasca Valley is also located in Ticino and is worth a visit.

And last but not least you should stay in Lucerne because Lucerne is a very beautiful city, which has a lot to offer. The famous chapel bridge is here as well as the Lion Monument and a lot of other sightseeing hotspots.
